Smart City Clearing Company Ltd. (Sc3) is a BVI based non-regulated Merchant Bank and Capital Markets Advisory Practice founded by a former FINRA Licensed Investment Banker.
We exist to help Guyana & the Caribbean ﬁll the void that currently exists between the local capacity and the experience of international Asset Managers wanting to enter and do business in the region and work with aligned strategic global partners to maximize success.
